Select level
On the title screen, press Up, Up, Down, Down, Left, Right, Left, Right, B, A, B, A and then Start. Use arrows to select Level then press Start.
Start the game with 9 lives
When you are at the main screen with the title, press 4 times up, 4 times down, 4 times left and 4 times right and quickly press start.
