At the Match-Up screen in Exhibition Mode, press Start, B, and A to enter the following numbers, then press the D-Pad in the direction indicated to activate the cheat:

No Fumbles / 3-1-2 Down
Unlimited Turbo / 0-1-3 Up
No First Downs / 2-1-0 Up
No Interceptions / 2-3-3 Left
No Punting / 1-3-1 Up
Super Defense / 3-2-1 Up
Super Offense / 3-1-2 Up
Super Passing / 3-1-2 Right
Super Team / 2-3-3 Up
Hidden Plays / 3-3-3 Down
